Job Summary
Address customers' complaints, recruit, train, and supervise staff, and participate in marketing plans. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, provide customer service, and set staff work schedules while monitoring performance. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations; enforce provincial liquor legislation; cost products and services; conduct performance reviews; balance cash and complete balance sheets; and organize inventory. Work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, standing for extended periods, with attention to detail and tight deadlines. Requires secondary school graduation, 2 to 3 years experience, English language proficiency, and MS Office skills. Canadian citizens or permanent residents with valid work permits only.
