Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, upscale environment. Lead staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance; coach and develop staff to uphold 5-star service standards; drive sales initiatives and collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency; manage costs, control waste, and ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance; build strong guest relations and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management in a high-volume, full-service upscale environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and achieving financial targets
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and guest relations
- Licenses & Certifications Required: Manager Food Handler Certificate, RBS Certificate, Supervisor Sexual Harassment Certificate
