Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager at Rudy's 'Country Store' and Bar-B-Q is responsible for directing daily restaurant operations, leading the guest experience through excellent food and service, managing inventory and costs, and overseeing team performance and product quality. The ideal candidate enjoys creating a fun, energetic atmosphere, prioritizes guest satisfaction, communicates effectively, and has management experience with a preference for food service. Candidates must obtain Food Manager Certification and TABC certification.
Required Qualifications
- Have, or be willing to obtain, Food Manager Certification
- TABC certification
- Management experience in food service preferred
