Job Summary
Restaurant Manager with THE ONE GROUP oversees daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, leading a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining service excellence, team development, and financial performance. Responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, staffing, vendor relationships, sanitation and safety compliance, promoting brand image, driving guest satisfaction, and developing marketing/promotional initiatives. The role requires leadership in staffing, training, performance management, budgeting and P&L oversight, and collaboration with leadership to optimize sales and occupancy. Proficiency with restaurant management software and a strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
- Strong customer service background with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L reports
