Job Summary
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, leading a high-energy team to deliver an elevated guest experience. Ensure service excellence, manage staff scheduling and development, monitor product quality and compliance with sanitation and safety standards, and drive financial performance through budgeting and cost controls. Recruit, hire, and onboard talent; train staff on customer service and operational best practices; conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback. Uphold THE ONE GROUP’s brand image, engage in local marketing, promotions, and community partnerships, and handle guest concerns professionally. Responsible for inventory oversight, supplier relationships, and reporting on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
- Strong customer service background with a focus on guest experience
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L reports
