Job Summary
As Restaurant Manager, oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations and lead a team to deliver a seamless, high-energy dining experience. Responsible for maintaining service excellence, staff development, vendor relationships, sanitation and safety compliance, and achieving financial performance. Key duties include supervising staff scheduling, recruiting and onboarding, training on guest service and operational standards, managing inventory and purchasing, monitoring revenue and expenses, creating detailed weekly/monthly/annual reports, and promoting THE ONE GROUP brand through events, local partnerships, and promotions. Leverage restaurant-management software to optimize operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand image.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
- Strong customer service background with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L reports
