Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, leading a team to deliver unforgettable guest experience. Focus on maintaining service excellence, team development, and financial performance while fostering a dynamic, high-energy dining atmosphere. Key duties include staffing, training, performance appraisals, vendor relationships, sanitation and safety compliance, menu knowledge, inventory management, and leveraging OpenTable/Avero/POS systems to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction. Promote the brand through local partnerships, events, and promotions to attract guests and support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
- Strong customer service background with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L reports
