Job Summary
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and lead a high-energy team, delivering an elevated guest experience. Maintain service excellence, monitor product quality and sanitation, organize staffing, and uphold hospitality standards. Drive guest satisfaction, brand development, and local partnerships while managing inventory, budgets, and financial performance. Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations; foster team morale; and create actionable reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses to optimize profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
- Strong customer service background with a focus on guest experience
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge with the ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L reports
