Job Summary
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations, lead a team to deliver elevated guest experiences, and drive service excellence, team development, and financial performance. Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, enforcing sanitation and safety standards, managing vendor relationships, maintaining product quality, and Upholding brand standards. Lead initiatives to attract guests through promotions and partnerships, monitor revenue and expenses, create reports on weekly/monthly/annual performance, and collaborate with leadership on marketing and promotional strategies. Proficient in restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS) and exemplify strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
- Strong customer service background with focus on guest experience and operational excellence
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L
