Job Summary

Oversee daily restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house to ensure smooth service and deliver an elevated guest experience. Lead a high-energy team, recruit and onboard staff, train on customer service and operational standards, conduct performance appraisals, and maintain brand image. Manage product quality, sanitation and safety compliance, vendor relationships, inventory, purchasing, and cost control. Develop and implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and local partnerships to attract guests while optimizing revenue and overall financial performance. Create detailed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and expense reports, monitor budgets and P&L, and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand development.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager
  • Strong customer service background with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L reports
