Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant experience or 2+ years of management experience
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn systems and adapt as the brand grows
- Interest in long-term career with room to advance
