Job Summary
Restaurant Manager at The Breakers Palm Beach oversees training, scheduling, and performance feedback; leads shifts to meet company standards; maintains food safety and cleanliness; and serves as an ambassador to ensure guests have exceptional experiences aligned with The Breakers' standards. Collaborates with General Manager to achieve restaurant goals, develops team members, schedules, and enforces policies to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience with at least 1 year in a leadership position
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to motivate a team to meet high standards
- Understanding of food safety standards and the ability to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant
- A passion for guest service and the ability to consistently meet The Breakers' standards
