Job Summary
Restaurant Manager at Jack in the Box responsible for overseeing unit operations, developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest service and food quality, managing staffing and training, monitoring costs and driving sales/profit through the Service Profit Chain and brand standards, while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager (Internal Promote) or 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L (External Recruit)
- ServSafe certified
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to other restaurants as required
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
- Ability to stand for 85-95% of shift; lift 10-65 lbs; operate computer and basic math concepts
