Job Summary
Manage overall restaurant operations by recruiting, training, and evaluating staff while ensuring compliance with labor laws and brand standards. Analyze financial performance using management tools to identify trends, implement improvement plans, and protect profitability through cost control and budget adherence. Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service quality, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining strict adherence to food safety and cleanliness protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years experience as a First Assistant Manager
- 100% certified in all workstations
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
- At least 18 years old
- Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and use personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other restaurants/business locations as required
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
