Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by coaching staff, scheduling shifts, controlling P&L, and ordering inventory to drive sales and culture. Lead high-energy teams through hands-on shifts, celebrating wins and mentoring members to foster a supportive, fun environment. Ensure guests feel like regulars while maintaining standards for great food and cold craft beer during big game events. Join our expanding network of two new locations with three to five more opening soon.
