Job Summary
The Dining Room Manager at Switchback Grille oversees dining area setup and cleanliness, supervises staff, ensures exceptional guest service, and manages food service coordination between kitchen and dining staff. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings. The individual will be responsible for maintaining standards of excellence while training the staff and handling guest complaints.
Required Qualifications
