Job Summary
Assistant Coach / Assistant General Manager leads the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence in a fast casual setting. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and training with the Head Coach; coaching and developing team members; ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance; upholding SWEET standards and driving customer experience and brand-aligned service. The role focuses on using data-driven insights to manage schedules, control costs, and drive short- and long-term strategies, while partnering with the Head Coach to navigate challenges and achieve sales and performance goals. Requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, ServSafe or Food Handler certification, ability to work at least 30 hours per week, and Authorization to work in the United States. Salary range starts at $60,000 and goes to $68,000 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a restaurant management/supervisory role
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
