Job Summary
Lead kitchen operations and oversee the heart of the house, actively monitoring food quality, sanitation, and recipe specifications while ensuring line checks and production comply with standards. Teach and coach hourly staff on service and food and beverage standards, mentor HOH staff to support the talent pipeline, and maintain fully trained teams. Achieve business plan goals through effective financial management, ensuring building, equipment, and fixtures remain in good repair. Maintain current training materials and systems while delivering unparalleled hospitality to guests.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as RM in a similar restaurant concept
- Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and ability to lead high performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to achieve positive financial results
- Is genuinely hospitable, warm, sensitive, and polite to our Guests
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills
- Excellent problem resolution/Guest recovery skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills

- Remains positive and calm under stressful conditions
