Job Summary
Restaurant Manager leads on-the-floor operations in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant, actively hands-on across shifts (drive-thru and grill), drives hospitality excellence, and manages P&L, inventory, labor scheduling, and staff development. Responsibilities include working the line, ensuring food safety and brand standards, training and retaining hourly team members, optimizing costs and KPIs, and leveraging POS and inventory tools. Must demonstrate hands-on leadership, strong reliability, and a track record of tenure in QSR/fast-casual management. Minimum age 18.
