Job Summary
Restaurant Manager leads hands-on operations across shifts, actively working the line and ensuring brand standards, food safety, and guest satisfaction while driving financial performance. Responsibilities include owning the P&L, managing food costs and labor efficiency, overseeing inventory and supply chain, recruiting and developing hourly staff, and ensuring excellent hospitality. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, high-energy QSR environment with strong operational KPIs, experience with POS/inventory tools, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience
- Hands-on leadership—comfortable working the drive through or grill when needed
- Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership
- Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization, and operational KPIs
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to operate POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools
- At least 18 years of age
