Job Summary
Restaurant Manager at Steak ’n Shake leading fast-casual QSR operations with a hands-on, front-line leadership style. You’ll actively work the line across opening, mid-day, and closing shifts, uphold brand standards and food safety, and drive guest satisfaction. Own the P&L by managing food costs, inventory, invoices, and labor with smart scheduling and cross-training. Oversee inventory from back door to front line, recruit and develop top hourly talent, and ensure exceptional hospitality. Requires 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual management, a proven leadership track record, strong understanding of food cost and KPI metrics, experience with POS/inventory/invoice tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen (lift up to 50 lbs). 18+ years old. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience
- proven history of reliable leadership

- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet
