Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, supervising food and beverage outlets, and enforcing company policies. Manage staff training, handle guest complaints, and coordinate special events while maintaining security and inventory controls. Monitor financial performance through budget analysis, control labor and food costs, and drive sales via innovative marketing programs. Achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability across all areas of the outlet. This role requires strong communication and mathematical skills for reporting and budgeting. Candidates must possess alcohol awareness certification, a valid health/food handler card, and at least two years of restaurant management experience. The position may involve working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant/nightclub or similar setting
- Must speak fluent English
- Communication skills
- Reading and writing abilities
- Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Moving about the outlet(s) safely and efficiently
- Handling food, objects, products and utensils
- Bending, stooping, and kneeling
