Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service operations at The St. Regis Jakarta. Supervise staff, ensure sanitation standards, assist with menu planning, provide training and development, and drive guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance. Ensure compliance with food handling and liquor laws, coach and mentor team members, and maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
