Job Summary
As a Restaurant Manager at Sixty Vines, oversee daily restaurant operations within a management team of 3-5; ensure guest satisfaction, high food quality, and cleanliness standards; train, develop, and mentor team members; review financial information and drive sales while maintaining brand standards. Responsible for interviewing/hiring, scheduling, inventory and supply management, and ensuring recipes and procedures are followed consistently to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Promote a guest-first culture, manage performance, and lead the team to execute the restaurant concept with energy and professionalism. This role includes opportunities for long-term growth within the growing concept.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field is preferred
- Food Manager Certification
- E-Verify participation
