Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by maintaining food and beverage quality standards, ensuring all dishes are prepared and served according to recipes. Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new team members while continuously developing staff through mentorship. Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness to support efficient guest satisfaction and sales growth. Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures in a high-volume, full-service environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in high volume, full-service environment
- Must have a passion for hospitality
- Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
- Food Manager Certification
