Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations within a management team of 3-5, ensuring effective execution, high food quality, and cleanliness standards. Drive sales while maintaining strict recipe and production procedures, and manage inventory, equipment, and supply levels. Conduct interviews, hire, train, and mentor team members to foster development and excellent customer service. Monitor financial information and maintain a working knowledge of all recipes and products to support guest satisfaction and efficient service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in high volume, full-service environment
- Must have a passion for hospitality
- Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
- Food Manager Certification
- Ability to fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations
- Participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field is preferred
