Restaurant Manager (Simply Delicious)

Restaurant Manager for a student-operated restaurant within the Pathway Academy program. Oversees daily operations, supervising and mentoring high school students, ensuring USDA guidelines, quality of food, customer service, safety and sanitation. Plans and participates in food preparation, inventory, ordering, receiving and rotation of stock; maintains records and reports (daily meal and end-of-month); trains students in operational procedures, sanitation and safety; handles deposits and supports district operations; may respond to after-hours emergencies. Collaborates with school staff and post-secondary partners to provide real-world learning experiences that align with culinary, hospitality, and business concepts and offer concurrent college credit.
