Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations and staff at Shawarmer, handling customer service, team supervision, and conflict resolution with strong interpersonal skills. Oversee daily hospitality duties requiring physical fitness to lift heavy objects and maintain a clean, presentable image. Utilize Oracle systems for operational knowledge while ensuring no prior employment red flags exist. Maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor to diplomatically address staff and customer concerns. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in management. Full-time employment includes free transportation, accommodation, and medical insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Age: 25-35 years old
- Image: Clean, presentable, good dental appearance, no offensive tattoos
- Physical Fitness: no visual health issues/concerns, average size (5'0"-6'0"), not overweight, able to lift heavy objects
- Language: Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers
- Personality: friendly, polite, outgoing
- Education: Bachelo's degree or equivalent; Exception may apply based on experience
- 3 – 5 years of total work experience in Hospitality, especially at least 2 years of experience in Management
- Knowledge to use ORACLE
- Others: No previous employment red flags/conflict
