Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations at Shaughnessy's Irish Pub by interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff while resolving performance issues. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards, inspect equipment and facilities, and maintain high-quality food production and guest service. Monitor inventory levels for linens, glassware, and condiments, and participate in marketing efforts including menu creation and food trend analysis. Communicate clear directions to staff, prepare schedules, and adhere to attendance rules. Work on a regular basis with flexible scheduling, reporting directly to Marriott Syracuse Downtown leadership.
