Job Summary
Restaurant Manager responsible for daily restaurant operations, ensuring superior service and guest satisfaction. Lead and coach team members, train on Shack operations, promote the brand in the local community through events, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Food handler certification, preferred
