Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction; train team members on Shack operations; motivate and coach staff to deliver hospitality excellence; demonstrate leadership with coaching and accountability; develop and implement plans to promote the Shake Shack brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events; ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- Food handler certification, preferred
