Job Summary

As a Restaurant Manager at Shake Shack, you will manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction. A successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, working knowledge of restaurant operations, and an ability to lead and coach team members effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Desired Qualifications

  • Food handler certification, preferred
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
