Job Summary
As a Restaurant Manager at Shake Shack, you will manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include training and motivating team members, exhibiting leadership to achieve excellence, and developing plans to promote the brand in the local community. A successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, working knowledge of restaurant operations, and an ability to lead and coach team members effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Desired Qualifications
- Food handler certification, preferred
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
