Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction; train team members on all aspects of Shack operations; motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality; demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence; develop and implement plans to promote the Shake Shack brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events; ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations; participate in benefits and growth opportunities offered by Shake Shack; this role reports to restaurant leadership and supports the ShackFam culture in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- Food handler certification, preferred
