Job Summary

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction. Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations. Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality. Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence. Develop and implement plans to promote the Shake Shack brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Food handler certification, preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
