Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations, supervise service staff during peak periods, and maintain strict sanitation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback forms and direct interactions, while managing beverage and retail inventories monthly and china/silverware quarterly. Assist in revenue and expense forecasting, implement promotional plans to drive business, and ensure compliance with all F&B policies. Interview, train, and coach team members to resolve problems and maximize financial performance. Manage the Food & Beverage Division at the AAA Four Diamond JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District, serving local guests and hotel residents in historic Savannah.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related training equivalent
- Minimum of 5 experience in Front of House, fine dining Food & Beverage operations
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title
- Experience within luxury brand/markets
