Job Summary
Monitor slot machine performance metrics, adjust layouts for profitability, and generate reports to drive revenue growth. Supervise and train staff across the slot floor, address player concerns, and enforce gaming regulations and internal controls. Recruit, interview, and onboard team members while managing P&L statements, labor costs, and expense control. Maintain a safe, compliant work environment with required certifications and ensure adherence to health department and company policies. Requires 5–7 years of gaming experience, proficiency in casino management systems, and willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- 5–7 years of gaming industry experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role in a casino setting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in casino management systems
- Working knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls
- Strong financial management skills, including experience managing P&L statements
- Familiarity with labor management and scheduling practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with guests, staff, and management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required work certifications, including Alcohol Awareness, Health, and Gaming licenses
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong logical reasoning skills with the ability to apply policies and resolve problems using sound judgment
- Capable of interpreting written, oral, and diagram instructions
- Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- Alcohol Awareness certification
- Food Handler's Card
- Gaming licenses
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform duties in varying work conditions, including confined spaces
