Job Summary
Restaurant Manager role overseeing daily operations in a high-volume full-service restaurant. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and follow-up with new team members; ensuring recipes and quality standards are followed; maintaining food and beverage quality; driving guest satisfaction; mentoring and developing team members; managing inventory and store operations; supporting in ordering and equipment maintenance; and maintaining a guest-first, high-energy service culture to drive sales and provide a quality life balance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Restaurant Management Experience in high volume, full-service environment
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field is preferred
- Food Manager Certification
