Job Summary
Restaurant Manager overseeing daily restaurant operations within a high-volume, full-service environment. Lead a management team of 3-5 to ensure guest satisfaction, high food quality, cleanliness, and staff development. Responsibilities include interviewing, training, inventory/ordering oversight, adherence to recipes and quality standards, and driving sales while maintaining efficient operations. Requires familiarity with hospitality/culinary principles; preferred Bachelor’s degree or certification in Hospitality or Culinary field. Required Qualifications
