Job Summary
Lead smooth, confident, and memorable restaurant service while coaching the front-of-house team to deliver at 5-star standards. Work closely with the Head Chef and wider Food & Beverage team to drive guest happiness, service standards, and continuous improvement. Support productivity, stock control, sustainability, and compliance across the award-winning venue. This hands-on role requires a natural host with strong leadership experience in high-quality hospitality to develop people and keep standards high. You will thrive in a luxury, guest-focused setting within a family-owned resort in the Scottish Highlands, surrounded by rugged mountains and dramatic scenery.
