Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by driving sales and guest satisfaction while delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service. Hire, train, and inspire team members to create a safe environment, ensuring compliance with employment policies and safe food handling procedures. Manage performance through evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline while selecting top talent. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required

- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience
- Bachelor's degree
