Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. Hire, train, and inspire team members in a safe environment, ensuring compliance with all employment policies. Manage performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline, while selecting top talent and practicing safe food handling procedures. Operate between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. with a competitive base salary ranging from $47,400 to $57,700 annually, plus quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
