Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. Hire, train, and inspire team members to create a safe environment for both staff and guests. Manage performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline while ensuring compliance with employment policies and safe food handling procedures. Select top talent to strengthen the team and maintain a clean, safe dining atmosphere. Operate between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. with a competitive base salary ranging from $52,300 to $61,400 annually, plus quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred

- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
