Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by driving sales and maximizing guest satisfaction through high-quality seafood and beverage service. Hire, train, and inspire team members while ensuring compliance with all employment policies and safe food handling procedures. Manage performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline to maintain a safe, clean environment. Select top talent to strengthen the team. Operate during shifts between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. with a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $64,600 annually, plus quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
