Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by driving sales, delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service, and maximizing guest satisfaction. Hire, train, and inspire team members while ensuring compliance with employment policies and safe food handling procedures. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required

- Bachelor's degree preferred
