Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by driving sales, delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service, and maximizing guest satisfaction. Hire, train, and inspire team members while ensuring compliance with employment policies and safe food handling procedures. Manage performance through evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline, and select top talent to strengthen the team. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
