Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. Drive sales and create a safe environment for team members to develop. Ensure compliance with all employment policies and manage performance through evaluations, training, and coaching. Select top talent and practice safe food handling procedures to maintain a clean environment. Operate between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. with a competitive base salary ranging from $54,200 to $62,500 annually, including quarterly bonuses and immediate access to medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience
- Bachelor's degree
