Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by driving sales and guest satisfaction while delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service. Manage team performance through evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline, and select top talent to build your staff. Ensure compliance with employment policies and maintain a safe environment by practicing proper food handling procedures. Create a supportive atmosphere for team development and fast-track your career growth through our in-restaurant training program and leadership mentorship. Operate during shifts between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. with competitive weekly pay and quarterly bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
