Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. Hire, train, and inspire team members to create a safe environment for development. Manage performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline, while selecting top talent. Ensure compliance with employment policies and practice safe food handling to maintain a clean environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
