Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by driving sales and maximizing guest satisfaction through high-quality seafood and beverage service. Hire, train, and inspire team members while managing performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline. Ensure compliance with employment policies and safe food handling procedures to maintain a clean, safe environment. Operate between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. with a competitive base salary ranging from $56,485 to $62,400 annually, plus quarterly bonuses and immediate access to medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
