Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by driving sales and maximizing guest satisfaction through high-quality seafood and beverage service. Hire, train, and inspire team members while ensuring compliance with employment policies and practicing safe food handling procedures. Manage performance through evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline, and select top talent to strengthen your unit. Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and foster a fun, supportive atmosphere for staff development. Operate between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. with competitive weekly pay and quarterly bonus eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
- 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
